项目的规划区域为荥经城市拓展新区，北侧和东侧临河，荥河和经河在东北角交会；这里拥有独特的区位与景观优势、优良的用地条件、充足的空间开发储备，是宜居生活的理想之地。依托于绿色健康的生态环境、安全舒适的生活环境、高效宜人的办公环境、便捷人性化的交通环境，项目致力于打造“青山环抱、碧水环绕的荥经乐活新东城”。

The planning area is the urban expansion area of Yingjing, near Ying River in the north and Jing River in the east which meets each other in the northeastern corner. With unique geography, landscape advantage, good land conditions and abundant development space reserves, this planning area is an ideal place for living. Through green and healthy ecological environment, safe and comfortable living environment, efficient and pleasant office environment, convenient and humane transportation environment, the design aims to build a LOHAS new Dongcheng in Yingjing “surrounded by green hills and clear waters”.

项目位于江西省南昌市南昌县象湖新城，环境优越，空气质量优良。北临八月湖路，西临诚信路，交通便利。距象湖湿地公园景区仅1千米。方案以“庭院深深”为设计主题，营造兼具私密感、尊贵感和安全感的生活方式；从规划设计、园林景观到会所配套，都充分体现了“庭院深深”的设计主题。在城市近郊提供一个高品位、满足未来生活需求、具有生机和活力的理想家园，引领“城市中心，别院生活”的生活方式。

Located in Xianghu New City, Nanchang County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi with superior environment, good air quality, and convenient transportation, the project is adjacent to Bayuehu Road in the north and Chengxin Road in the west, only one kilometer away from Xianghu Wetland Park Scenic Area. The project adopts “deep courtyard” as its design theme which emphasizes on the creation and experience of comfortable feeling and fully demonstrates the lifestyle with sense of privacy, dignity and security. The design theme of “deep courtyard” is fully embodied in the planning and design, landscape, and supporting facilities for the clubhouse. The project has provided a high-quality ideal home with vigor and vitality in urban outskirts, leading the lifestyle of “urban center, suburban living”.

莱蒙顺泽水榭花城

基地位于河北省三河市燕郊高新技术产业开发区，迎宾路北段路东。北临京平高速，西临李大路。行政隶属于廊坊地区三河市。建筑与景观均采用新英伦风格。全区景观以经典的英式自然风景园林为蓝本，结合现代居民生活对小区户外空间的需求，营造典雅且具有英伦风情的小区景观环境。全区景观的主题受到英国大文豪莎士比亚笔下《仲夏夜之梦》中瑰丽场景，结合三期开发的时序及东西两块用地的属性，景观分为东西两区、四个主题。东区“科教区”的主题为“剑桥花园”；西区“居住区”的主题分别为“仲夏夜之梦”“夏洛特花园”“森林花园”。

The project is located in the east of Yingbin North Road in Yanjiao High-tech Industry Development Zone, Sanhe, Hebei, adjacent to Beijing-Pinggu Expressway in the north and Lida Road in the west, belonging to the administration of Sanhe, Langfang. Both the buildings and the landscape adopt “New England style”. Based on the natural landscape garden of classical England style and the combination of modern life's requirements for outdoor space, the project aims to build a community with an elegant landscape environment full of England flavor. Inspired by the description of the magnificent scene in A Midsummer Night's Dream written by the great British writer Shakespeare, the design of the whole landscape is divided into two zones (east zone and west zone) with four theme according to the three periods of development and the properties of the two lands (east and west). The theme of the “science and education” in the east is “Cambridge Gardens” while the theme of the “residential area” in the west is respectively “A Midsummer Night's Dream” “Charlotte's Garden” and “Forest Garden”.

项目位于天津市临港经济区，包括商业步行街、高层办公及公寓和60栋院落式别墅。总建筑面积57450.73m2。在设计中，建筑师用绵延的外廊把建筑空间和商业人流有机组合在一起，通过立面高低和柱廊的变化，形成了丰富且充满活力的商业形象；得益于挺拔的竖线条，高层商业建筑充分体现了Art Deco风格的不凡气势；小型办公建筑通过建筑细节和空间的处理，营造了精致与典雅的办公环境。整个社区的建筑在统一中又不乏变化，形成了一个充满魅力的新型综合商务区。

Located in Lingang Economic Zone, Tianjin, the project covers a total building area of 57450.73m2and consists of commercial pedestrian street, high-rise office building and apartment, and 60 courtyard-style villas. In the design, the architect combines the architectural space and the commercial pedestrian flow with stretching veranda and uses elevation height of the façade and changes of colonnades to form a rich and vibrant business image. Tall vertical lines are used in the high-rise commercial buildings to fully reflect the extraordinary momentum of the Art Deco style. Small-sized office buildings create refined and elegant office environment through architectural details and space processing. The buildings in the whole community are unified without lack of change, forming a new comprehensive business district full of fascination.

项目位于上海市崇明岛，用地紧临东平国家森林公园，周边自然资源丰富，距上海市中心约50km，交通便利，是发展高品质第二居所的首选之地。规划方案结合上位控制性详细规划，打造以东南亚风格为主的第二居所群，营造享受人生、融入自然、放松心灵的度假主题体验；多样化的居住空间充分适应了多变的市场需求，提供了更多选择的可能。

Located in Chongming Island in Shanghai with rich natural resources and convenient transportation, the project is near Dongping National Forest Park and about 50km away from downtown of Shanghai, which is the first choice for developing high-quality second homes. Combining the general planning with the regulatory detailed planning, the project aims to build a second-home group predominately with Southeast Asian style, laying stress on the resort-theme experience of enjoying life, integrating into nature and relaxing the mind. Diversified living space fully adapts to the changing market needs and provides more options.

项目属于旧城改造。项目致力于在与旧城格局有机结合的前提下打造地标性建筑，为楚雄城市形象提供一个有力的标杆，为市民休闲生活提供一个高品质的场所，实现经济效益与社会效益双赢。建筑布局充分考虑并紧密结合周边现状，为旧址拆迁与分期建设提供最大限度的便利，合理地规划区域内的人车流量，提高现有交通体系的效率，彰显整洁、高端的城市形象。

As reconstruction of the old city, this project aims to build a landmark on the premise of the organic combination with the pattern of the old city, which provides a powerful benchmark for the city's image of Chuxiong as well as a high-quality place for citizens' leisure life, achieving economic benefits and social benefits. The architectural layout gives full consideration to the surrounding conditions, providing maximum convenience for the demolition of the old site and phasing construction. Rational planning is made to solve the allocation of people and traffic, striving to improve the convenience and efficiency of present transportation system, and show its architectural image which is neat and high-end.

达美四季雅园商务会所
Damei Four Seasons Garden Business Club

项目位于北京市朝阳区朝阳体育公园西南角，西临朝阳体育中心西路，南临姚家园路。项目包括一个拥有61间客房的顶级酒店和12栋独立的商务会所。设计遵循从场地出发（ON-SITE DESIGN）的精神，力求创造一种全新的生活方式。酒店与公园优美的自然环境相融合，同时与城市相呼应，体现了现代简洁、清新典雅的风格。会所设计则在赖特草原式别墅的基础上予以创新，融入了传统中式的院落生活方式，体现了中西合璧的精神内涵。项目致力于成为极具市场开发潜力的区域新地标。

The project is located in the southwest corner of Chaoyang Sports Park in Chaoyang District, Beijing, adjacent to Chaoyang Sports Center West Road in the west and Yaojiayuan Road in the south, including one top hotel with 61 rooms and 12 independent business clubs. Following the spirit of on-site design, the project strives to create a new way of life. The hotel is integrated into the beautiful natural environment of the park while echoing the city, embodying a modern, simple, fresh and elegant style. Innovations on the basis of Wright's prairie-style villa and Chinese traditional courtyard way of life are integrated into the design of the club, reflecting the spiritual connotation of a combination of Chinese and Western elements. It is hoped that the project will become a new regional landmark full of market potential.

项目位于云南楚雄自治州老城区，西临楚雄西山森林公园，北临龙川江，是连接老城区和开发区的桥头堡，同时鹿城西路也是商业区之所在地，项目规划充分考虑商业及办公与周边建筑、环境的相互关系，在满足空间使用需求的前提下，进行合理的布局与整合，形成兼具商业和办公功能的两个分区。地块内部的铺地，灌木、绿地等与建筑的整体风格保持一致，体现了“人文、生态、景观”的主题。

The project is located in the old town of Chuxiong Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan, close to Chuxiong Xishan Forest Park in the west and Longchuanjiang in the north, which is the bridgehead connecting the old town and the development zone, and meanwhile, Lucheng West Road is a business-focused road. With full consideration to the mutual connection and interference between business and office and surrounding buildings and environment, the project integrates the square into two partitions—business and office, based on space functional requirement and reasonable traffic organization. The paving, shrubs and greening in the internal lot is consistent with the overall architectural style, which reflects the theme of “humanity, ecology, and landscape”.
