1　Scope

This Part of DL/T 5210 specifies the construction quality acceptance standards for boiler units in a thermal power project and，the relevant quality evaluation requirements of single project，single unit and the whole project.

This Part is applicable to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation on the boiler unit of new-built，extended or reconstructed thermal power projects including single unit capacity between 300MW and 1000MW.The thermal power project below 300MW shall be carried out with reference to this Part（and the contents of waste incineration boilers，biomass incineration boilers and gasturbine heat recovery boilers are given in Annexes A，B and C，respectively）.
