In this chapter, we took a step back and looked at the changes to the installation process. We also looked at the process for upgrading your Drupal 6 sites to Drupal 7, so you can utilize all of the great new features of Drupal 7.

We also covered setting up custom installation profiles, so you can install multiple sites using the same basic configuration.

In the next chapter, we will look at a variety of changes made to the theming system to make extending themes and developing your own themes easier.
