The TIMELINE tab
The TIMELINE tab provides information related to the chronological order in which activities are created for an account.
The following are some of the features of the TIMELINE tab:
- Filtering activities by date or type, this service representative can filter activities by date or type, such as Note, Activity, or Auto Post:

- Once the representative clicks the button, a drop-down menu appears. The user can then select the filtering type in the drop-down menu:

- The following image depicts the form in the Customer Service Hub for the Account entity:

- The next step is to navigate to any activity. To open the activity, the customer representative can just click on the activity name:

- The activity page will look as follows once it is opened:
