Installing on macOS

Take a look at the following installation steps:

1. Download the Visual Studio Code installer for Mac from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=534106
2. Double-click on the downloaded package to expand the contents
3. Move Visual Studio Code.app to the Applications folder, which makes it available in the Launchpad
4. Add Visual Studio Code to your Dock by right-clicking on the icon, then select Options, followed by Keep in Dock.
