It might sound like a cliché, but seriously, without my wife, Anne Grethe, this book could not have happened. Her patience with me and her support is truly what pretty much makes just about anything I do a reality. My kids, Mia and Herman, you rock! Thanks to them for keeping me mentally younger and making me playful.
