1 接上式。左脚向左侧迈一步,双脚间距离大于肩宽。双臂于胸前交叉,左臂在前,右臂在后,掌心向内,目视前方。

2 双腿直立,随后慢慢下蹲。同时,右手虚握,右臂向右拉,直到右手拉至肩前;左手变为八字掌,左臂内旋,向左侧推出,与肩同高,掌心向左。目视左手。
