项目地处上海市嘉定区嘉定新城,地块西北方有地铁11号线车站,交通便利。物业类型包括高层、多层、联排、商业以及邻里中心等。由于地块呈长条形,规划将高层、商业布置在东、西两端,自成组团。中间留出完整的用地,用来布置联排、多层住宅,分区明确。联排住宅以六合院为基本形态,为规划的重点,院落是传统中式居住空间的灵魂,设计的出发点是将传统居住形态进行现代演绎,以现代形式彰显传统文化意蕴,对复兴传统居住文化做一些探索和尝试。立面采用现代中式风格,与建筑的整体精神内涵相一致。立面色彩延续传统中式建筑的黑、白、灰色,素雅明快。材料与工艺均非常现代化,精美独特。整体设计于含蓄内敛中尽显高贵。

The project, located in Jiading New City in Jiading District, Shanghai City and to the northwest of a station of Metro Line 11, has convenient transportation conditions. The property forms in the project consist of high-rise buildings, multilayer buildings, couplet buildings, commercial units and neighborhood center etc. On the basis of long land, it is planned to establish high-rise buildings and commercial units in the east and west to form natural groups. The center of the land is saved for couplet buildings and multi-layer residential buildings which are clearly separated. Couplet buildings, established in the type of sextuplicate yard, are the key planning point because yards show the spirit of traditional Chinese residential spaces. The philosophy of the design is to express the modern feel of classic residential forms in order to show traditional cultural essence in a modern way, which is an attempt to revitalize traditional residential culture. The façade is in Chinese style, which is consistent with the overall spiritual essence of the constructions, as well as full of black, white and gray colors of traditional Chinese houses. Materials of the facade are used in a modern method with fine and unique features. The overall image is reserved yet dignified.

伟星和院
Weixing Heyuan

伟星和院位于临海市市中心东北方向,是临海市往东方向进出城区的过渡区域,基地西北部为一片自然山体。总体布局结合山体与南北向水渠的自然条件,引入唐朝长安城“坊制城市”的规划概念,规划两个“十”字形的结构,其中山体位于西北区,高层住宅位于东北区,南侧两区为低层住宅,形成南低北高的城市空间格局。交通系统采用“人车分离、立体交通”的模式,所有车辆在地下完成交通和停放,小区地面仅留紧急消防车道,将地面空间最大限度地留给景观绿化。建筑设计方面,低层住宅采用简化后的古典中式徽派建筑风格,坡顶的形式丰富了建筑的第五立面;高层住宅采用现代中式风格。整个小区在总体控制下精心组织,洋溢着浓郁的古典人文气息,演绎着诗意栖居的高尚生活。

Weixing Heyuan, located to the northeast of the downtown of Linhai City and to the northwest of natural mountain, is a transitional area connecting Linhai City and the eastern areas. The general design is made on the basis of the natural conditions including the mountain and north-south canal, and introduces the lane-style city mode of Chang'an City in Tang Dynasty. Two “十” -shaped structures are established, with the mountain in the northwest, high-rise buildings in the northeast and lower-layer residential buildings in the south, which will form a spatial layout lower in the southern part and higher in the northern part. The transportation system is established in the mode that separates passengers and vehicles and provides stereo transportations. All vehicles will run and be parked underground in the estate, and only fire emergency lanes are set on the ground, for the purpose of saving maximum space for scenic afforestation. As for construction design, lower-layer residential buildings are in simplified traditional Anhui style, that is, rooftops of the constructions are in slopes to enhance and enrich the fifth construction facade. High-rise buildings, however, are in modern Chinese style. The whole estate is meticulously organized to express strong classic humanism and deliver dignified lifestyle full of poetic interest.

项目用地位于西安经开区内,地处北二环以内,大华路以东,玄武路以北,红旗铁路线以西。基地呈L形,东西宽约314m,南北长约为376m。总用地面积67608m2,净用地面积63300m2。项目所在的黄金十字是大明宫集团未来重点打造的集建材专业市场、高端零售百货、六星级酒店、甲级商务办公、交通换乘,高档住宅等于一体的城市综合体。一期开发的大明宫建材家居钻石店,商业建筑面积150000m2,建成后将成为西北规模最大、品类最全、品质最高的知名品牌家居会展中心,家具城顶部有4栋塔楼,呈U形布置,建筑面积90000m2。二期开发的大明宫生活广场,位于大明宫家具城北侧,裙房商业建筑面积70000m2,通过“十”字切分,形成趣味十足的内街模式。生活广场顶部有2栋办公塔楼,与城市成迎合状布局。一、二期商业由八角连廊串联在一起,三者围合成一个三角形市民活动广场。立面设计采用新古典主义风格,整体形象厚重敦实;立面材质选用干挂石材,品质高端大气。裙房采用装饰主义风格,对尺度比例进行严格推敲的同时对细部精雕细琢,最终彰显出高端大气、温和细腻的高档商业建筑形象。

The project site is located within the North Second Ring in the economic development area in Xi'an, reaching Dahua Road in the west, Xuanwu Road in the south, and Hongqi railway line in the east. The L-shaped base is about 314 meters wide from east to west and 376 meters long from south to north, with a total site area of 67608m2 and a net site area of 63300m2. The Gold Cross where the project is located is the future focus of Daminggong Group which aims to build an urban complex integrating professional market of building materials, high-end retail department stores, six-star hotel, Grade-A business offices, traffic transfers and high-grade residences. The diamond store of Daminggong building materials and home furnishing in the first phase of development enjoys a commercial building area of 150000m2 and will become the exhibition center of famous brand households with the largest scale, the most comprehensive category and the highest quality in the northwest area after its completion. There are four tower buildings with the U-shaped layout on the top of the furniture city has a building area of 90000m2. Daminggong Life Plaza in the second phase of development is located in the north of Daminggong Furniture City and the podiums has a building area of 70000m2, which are divided through the “十” shape, forming a inside street pattern full of fun. There are two tower office buildings on the top of the life plaza which adopt the layout of catering city. The commercial buildings in the first phase and in the second phase are connected in series by the octagon corridor and a triangle public activity square is enclosed by these three parts. The design of the façade adopts the neo-classical style and the overall image is thick and stocky. Hanging stones are chosen as the façade materials which are magnificent and have high-end quality. The podiums adopt the Art Deco, which makes strict scrutiny of the scale and proportion while giving the details a careful revision, ultimately highlighting the image of the high-end commercial buildings which is magnificent, mild and delicate.

The project is one of the fifth generation of the leading domestic IT financial industrial park, for creating a beautiful environment, improving office life supporting facilities, making a good enviroment for the enterprises and employees, and creating a relaxing IT financial industry area. The project uses the irregular broken line arrangement of buildings, organize outdoor space, pay more attention on diferent level communication space for people. This project cosists of a number of venues elevation, ramps, stairs, corridor, bridges and banks in each elevation of the contact, to create a multi-level system of three-dimensional landscape. 公共开放空间围绕基地中央楔形下沉广场及景观带顺次展开。巨大的草坪缓坡串联着建筑二层、首层和负一层空间。下沉广场在满足休闲集散的功能之外,还结合车行坡道,作为地下空间的公共出入口。机动车沿景观带边缘坡道而下,借助于地下主行车道,串联起各地块的地下空间,有效地节省交通面积,有利于各个地块的分别开发。同时在各个地块的负一层空间中设置下沉庭院,为地下空间带来自然采光和通风。建筑首层采用架空的形式,设置地面停车场与一些小型配套服务场所。在临近规划路交口处,公交首末站的布局结合架空层,集约土地资源的同时立体化地整合交通体系。办公建筑的入口空间及人员活动空间布置在一层和二层的屋顶花园之上。在建筑二层为办公人员提供相关综合服务,集中满足人们的餐饮、消费、商务需求。从建筑三层开始布置办公标准层,通过大量的开放式屋顶花园,将高层建筑低层化,以提升空间品质。

富临阁重建项目是融合新办公楼、雕塑平台公园及公共活动广场的整体性设计,进而激活整个交易广场和周边环境。这栋小巧精致的全新办公楼由Aedas设计,在视觉和实际上打通了发展用地,并利用石质地台、流水设计和绿化植物的巧妙联结,打造一个重要的公共空间。大楼的设计灵感源自美轮美奂的珍贵宝石。从形态而言,盒子状的大楼往后倾斜,在广场中开拓出典雅堂皇的大堂空间,而倾斜的几何平面结合成大楼优雅的钻石型幕墙。作为中环区的甲级办公楼,室内空间在各个立面引进自然采光,提供无柱的室内布局和2.9米的楼层净高空间,为用户量身打造最佳的环境。

The Forum redevelopment is a holistic design, integrating a new office building, sculpture park and events plaza and thereby revitalising the entire Exchange Square development. The compact and exquisitely detailed new building designed by Aedas opens up the site visually and physically, creating a significant public space designed as a series of stone platforms linked with water features and planting. The design was inspired by precious gems. The perfect cube of the building is dramatically tilted to create a grand entrance from the plaza. The geometry of the tilted plane is resolved into the elegant diamond cut façade of the building. As a Grade-A office in the heart of the Central district, the column-free office interior with its 2.9m of floor-to-ceiling space evokes a tailor-made environment with ample natural daylight from all elevations.

由Aedas设计的西交利物浦大学坐落于苏州工业园区,这里有着悠久的文化底蕴和飞速发展的经济,彼此渊源共生,和谐共融。行政信息楼的设计灵感来自于著名的太湖石,其天然自若的形态代表着中国文人对自然的理想化的诠释,故也被称作学者之石。建筑根据太湖石的独特的孔洞结构设计为被多个室外中庭空间联系起来的多种功能,内部的空间因暴露而有了新的意义,并与周围环境有了更加密切和直接的关系与互动,吸引人们徜徉其中。

Designed by Aedas and located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University sits in a beautiful environment with a harmonious coexistence of the city's rich cultural traditions and its rapid economic development. The design for its Administration Information Building was inspired by the famous Taihu Stone, which is referred as scholar's stone and always appreciated by Chinese scholars. The pores and holes of the Taihu Stones are transformed into a void structure with functional spaces linking up different programmes in the building. The series of voids allow the building to respond to the users and the surrounding context, forming interactive spaces for people.

此大型项目是Aedas的设计作品,包含无锡市内最大型的购物中心和两幢办公楼。建筑设计根据建筑用地的交通流向模式、日照分布、体积配置等条件,因地制宜地围绕购物中心设计了3个夺目的玻璃中庭。此外,项目的一大目标是通过LEED金级认证,不单在环境再生持续方面通过建筑设计、建造及营运管理,并要在文化建筑遗产保护方面作出贡献。无锡恒隆广场保留了坐落于用地中心的城隍庙内外戏台和偏厅建筑(始建于明朝,约1369年)及清泉古井,其设计使原有的历史建筑群经修复重建并融入新布局中,成为大型公共广场及绿化设计的一部分。

该项目位于无锡市商业核心区内两条最繁华的商业街中山路和人民中路的交界处,作为商业中心区,有众多高级写字楼和零售店铺吸引大量人流。

This large development designed by Aedas consists of two office towers and the city's largest shopping mall. The three striking glass atria enclosing the mall evolved as the ideal response to the site's circulation patterns, distribution of natural light and arrangement of volumes. Achieving a LEED Gold certification was a fundamental objective of the project, as well as the preservation of two theatre stages and a hall dating from the Ming dynasty (circa AD 1369) and a historical well. The design of Center 66 extensively restores this historic compound whilst integrating it within a large public plaza and landscape design.

The site is located in the central business district of Wuxi, close to the junction of Zhongshan Road and Renmin Zhong Road which are the city's two busiest commercial streets. Featuring the city's primary shopping and business location, the central business district has numerous upscale commercial buildings and retail shops, attracting intense pedestrian traffic.

作为由Aedas设计的大型综合体恒大·华置广场的重要部分,成都瑞吉酒店是由西方典雅美学、成都本土文化和四川独特景观交织而成的作品。设计灵感来自于四川的自然地貌,酒店裙楼的建筑造型层层叠叠,轮廓蜿蜒的户外露台和游泳池,犹如黄龙独特的石灰华地貌。丰富材料的采用打造了优雅的外形,石材幕墙展现出庄严和稳重的个性,以配合瑞吉品牌热情好客的品牌内涵,使访客从酒店外观开始就获得宾至如归的视觉享受。而空间营造则将成都本土的从容、悠闲的生活风尚融入瑞吉极高规格的设计标准之中。

As an important element of the large scale mixed-use development Evergrande Huazhi Plaza also designed by Aedas, the architecture of The St. Regis Chengdu is a combination of western aesthetics, local Chengdu culture and unique landscape of Sichuan. Like other buildings within the development, the building form of the hotel reveals the distinctive natural landscape of Sichuan. The design of the hotel podium – the curved terraces and outdoor swimming pool imitate the natural landscape of Huanglong, a scenic spot in the Sichuan province known for the colourful pools formed by calcite deposits. The use of rich materials creates an elegant appearance. The stone walls show a stately and sedate personality to correlate to the St. Regis brand of hospitality. The exterior welcomes guests and the spatial design embodies the casual and relaxing lifestyle of Chengdu people while maintaining St. Regis' high-end design principle.

项目由Aedas设计,包括一期住宅及二期商业。住宅部分位于地块南侧,共设有15栋住宅;商业部分位于北侧,由6层高商业裙楼及3栋办公楼组成。设计以城市绿洲为设计概念,在私密与便捷之间取得平衡,以室内与室外的连接与延伸的设计手法融入建筑布置中,设计出城中商业旗舰的革新概念。于创造怡人的生活消闲空间之余亦提升项目与周边的生活氛围,缔造城中亮点。

The project, designed by Aedas, is located in an upcoming new district in Chengdu where the commercial and residential zones of the city meet. The entire development consists of a 160-metre high office tower, two 100-metre high office towers with serviced apartments and a six-storey retail podium in the north, and 1530-storey residential towers in the south. The project brief calls for a response that is iconic and cultural in defining a city destination. The design creates an outstanding flagship development that remains intimate connections with the surroundings.

这个Aedas设计的项目毗邻上海国际会展中心,总计约180000m2的建筑面积中包含有五星级酒店、购物中心以及展示厅。三座建筑的设计均呈“叶片”形状以配合会展中心“四叶草”的整体规划概念。叶脉形式的建筑立面语言通过层层叠叠的幕墙表现,以一种静态的形式表现出生命生长的流动感。通过联桥与商业街将流线形的建筑相互交织,形成一个蜿蜒而流畅的交通网络。购物中心与五星级酒店被有机地连接,形成了项目的主入口以及靠近城市主要干道的商业界面。

Designed by Aedas, this mixed-use project is located next to the Shanghai's Qingpu Xujing Conference and Exhibition Center development and, with around 180000 square metres of floor area, consists of a five-star hotel, a shopping centre and a gallery. In response to the ‘clover leaf' concept of the conference and exhibition centre, the leaf-shaped buildings are organised coherently to direct circulations. Pedestrian bridges are designed to link all buildings and build an inter-connecting network. The hotel and shopping centre will work together to form a very welcoming entrance to the whole development. The sales gallery, the first building visitors coming out from the convention and exhibition centre will see, is designed to be seductive with a strong visual impact.

本项目由Aedas设计,位于义乌市商业中心——绣湖广场商圈内,与义乌市主要商业零售网点紧密结合,占据了义乌市的心脏位置。本项目的设计通过建筑体块的穿插与交错,创造出层层退台及高低错落的台阶式户外平台,同时形成了室内室外两条商业动线,旨在打造标志性的商业旗舰形象;并引入与北门互相呼应的四十二台阶,创意展示空间和文化广场等,将本设计作为义乌市文化载体的一面自然呈现。

Sited on a plot designated for retail and commercial services, this Aedas-designed project combines large-scale retail, dining and entertainment facilities into one urban complex in the centre of Yiwu. Through the interspersed staggered building blocks, the architecture creates stepped outdoor platform and both internal and external commercial circulation routes to establish an iconic flagship mall. It also incorporates 42 steps which resemble the ancient Chaoyang Gate, landscaped squares, outdoor plazas and cultural spaces to offer multiple experiences to visitors and well project the culture and lifestyle of Yiwu.

为响应周围艺术和文化氛围,项目将娱乐、购物及休闲融合在购物中心,通过创造一个“山·园”的商业概念,打造崭新零售空间,提供休闲的公共园林。全天候运作的商业中心为上海这不夜城提供了充满活力且融合购物、体现艺术文化和休闲山园的目的性地标。

Designed by Aedas, the project aims to create a ‘park' in the city, with the design concept derived from mountain landscape which is interpreted as a stratified geology providing green foliage, cave, courtyard and waterfalls in the valleys.

Within the mountain, a ‘Park-Mall' and three office towers are expressed as mountain peaks across the site, celebrating the powerful taper forms with diagonal cuts which lead the eyes to the top. At the heart of the podium, glazing atria symbolise cascading waterfalls, acting as a transcendent entry to the development. The retail component resembles layers of rocks which produce a range of juxtaposed shop fronts, display windows and pocket spaces, whilst crevices connect circulation paths and external spaces to form a meandering journey. As an architectural feature, the rock-inspired pavilions sit on the top of the podium and consist of housing theatres, galleries and event-spaces, encouraging people to enter the mall and meander towards to roof top.

The development responds to its surrounding art and cultural atmosphere, combining entertainment, shopping and leisure in the mall, through a 'Park-Mall' development and a public green space in the city. The 24-hour park attracts people to gather in the area and provides a vibrant nightlife to the city. The design amalgamates shopping mall, arts, cultural performance, cyber exhibition and leisure in a mountain park.

青岛市位于中国东部海岸,是中国最重要的港口之一。1898年,她被清政府割让给德国,为期99年。第一次世界大战后,中国于1922年正式收回青岛。2008年,青岛承办了奥运会帆船赛事。

青岛北站毗邻黄海,灵感恰好来自海滨港口和展翅飞翔的海鸥。这种动感形象的象征,使该方案在2007年12月的竞标中,获得了评委的一致好评。

与中国大多数的铁路客站一样(即“上行下出”的乘车模式),青岛北站的到达和出发线路横跨覆盖了整个“出发大厅”向外发散的桥梁结构建在轨道上方,乘客由这些高架桥下行到出发的站台。

为了缓解密集的客流压力,到达乘客需要下行一层,以便换乘地铁、出租车和客车。交通流线确保了出发乘客和到达乘客的分流,不相互混杂。

“出发大厅”的主要空间和形态看似复杂的屋顶,可以拆剪成单一的结构模块,以改变模块的空间位置来实现不同形态。因此,得益于模块化的建设,这个造型显得复杂的工程变得经济实用并易于实现。在后期的深化设计中,利用风洞实验模拟了青岛的气候条件。在季风月,自然通风体系为大厅带来了大量的自然风,从而使大厅空调的能源消耗每年减少30%。

Located on the east coast of China, the city of Qing Dao is one of the country's biggest ports. In the 19th century it was colonised by Germany and was officially ceded to it by the Manchu administration in 1898 for a period of 99 years, but was taken back by China in 1922 following the Womd warⅠ. In 2008, Qing Dao hosted the Olympic sailing events.

Its new mainline station, which faces the sea, almost self-evidently seeks its inspiration in the symbolism of ports and seafaring birds with large wingspans. It was this self-evident symbolism that was unanimously acclaimed by the competition judges in December 2007.

As in most Chinese stations built on this scale, the arrivals and departures lines are covered over with a“departures hall” - a full-blown bridging structure built over the tracks, from which passengers descend to their departure platforms.

For passenger arrivals, and to minimise the pressures of large numbers and dense flows of passengers, travellers go down a level towards the metro, taxi rank and passenger car pick-up areas. This ensures that departing and arriving passengers never mingle.

The main area of the “Departures Hall” and the seemingly complex shape of the roof can be guessed at from the repetition of a single structural module, which only varies as a function of its spatial positioning. The programme is therefore, in view of its scale, an apparently complex formal programme, however because it is modular, it is economical and easy to implement. Ongoing detailed preliminary design studies factor in the climatic potential of Qing Dao in order to create a large-volume natural ventilation system for the hall in mid-season periods, designed to cut the operator's annual energy spending on climate control for the hall by 30%.

“聆听劝业场的特点,历史,风格”,是劝业场改造的新理念。

劝业场基地的南北轴线长80m,其间有3个中庭。从其组成来看,南北向更像一条有屋顶的街道;基于这个特点,劝业场的内部设计更倾向于引导游客顺利地通过此建筑,所以,交通流线的设计将影响整个劝业场的内部设计。

回顾劝业场在过去100多年历史中的使用功能,其中的一些业态作为此设计的参考。从对劝业场的历史研究中可以看出,新的功能应在原有基础上有所改进,例如:商场、文化和休闲空间。项目目标是打造更合理、更灵活的空间以满足未来新功能对建筑内部空间的需求。

劝业场所具有的民国建筑风格是中外建筑艺术的融合。从文物保护的角度出发,设计将一些抽象的现代建筑形式应用于室内设计的同时,仍然保持民国时期的形式。建筑的立面和剖面表现了建筑水平构成以及建筑形式,由此形成建筑内部空间功能。

经过改造后的劝业场,位于首层南北通透的交通流线上,拥有较大的商业价值。中庭的观光电梯引导人流到达二、三层,进入一个文化艺术展示的空间。顶层的西式餐厅、茶室以及多功能大厅提供了休闲娱乐的场所。

“Listening to the characteristic, history and style of Quanyechang” is the new idea given by the transformation of Quanyechang.

Quanyechang is 80 meters long in north-south axis, and there are three courtyards along the axis. In consideration of its constitution, its north-south axis looks more like a roofed street, based on which the internal design of Quanyechang should tend to lead tourists to pass through the building smoothly. Therefore, the design of traffic line will determine the whole internal design of Quanyechang.

In retrospect of Quanyechang's use functions in the past 100 years, some commercial activities are taken as a reference in the design. It can be seen that new functions should be improved on original basis, including market, culture and entertainment space. We adhere to the philosophy of designing a more reasonable and flexible space to meet new functions' requirements on architectural internal space in the future.

Architecture constructed in the period of the Republic of China combines Chinese and foreign architectural arts. In the perspective of heritage conservation, we maintain the form of that era during the design process while applying some abstract modern architectural forms in interior design. Building elevation and cross section reflect building's horizontal constitution and architectural form, thus obtaining building's internal space functions.

After transformation, Quanyechang's smooth traffic line in first floor along the north-south axis brings it great commercial value. Panoramic lift in courtyards can lead the throng to the second and third floor, thus entering a culture and art exhibition space. Western restaurant, teahouse and multi-functional hall are set up in the top floor to provide entertainment.

天空是航空公司的舞台,而航空公司正是人、天、地的联系。航空工业始终展示着最尖端的技术,而作为中国的航空集团,她更应该富含中华文化的精髓,即人与大自然的和谐。

新中航集团总部大厦位于北京市朝阳区三元桥东南角,与三环三元东桥相望。规划用地面积为19967.75m2。建成之后将成为中航集团总部在北京最集中的办公基地。

建筑所在北三环转交处,展现了简洁而巨大的体量,并随着视角的变化而连续转动,给人以震撼的视觉变化效果。在东三环上,由于画面长时间静止,建筑将矛盾集中于一条轴线上,给人以思考的空间。同时,因为周围建筑体量均敦厚而方正,所以需要有一条显著且修长的竖向线条,以强调自身的存在。作为建筑的主入口立面,建筑形体简洁,尺度巨大,以展现企业的形象。内向空间,化建筑为景观,力求营造宜人的环境。

立面采用大小不同的方形镂空遮阳板,既解决了建筑立面的西晒问题,又巧妙地简化了飞机侧窗的原型,体现航空公司独特的身份。在建筑内办公的人们,由室内透过立面遮阳板眺望窗外,有一种仿佛置身于云端飞机里的错觉。

Sky is the stage of Air China, and it is Air China that connects heaven and earth. Aero plane industry is always a representation of high-tech skills; therefore, Headquarter of Air China should embody the essence of Chinese culture, in other words, harmony of human and nature.

Headquarter of Air China is located on the south east corner of Sanyuan Bridge in Chaoyang District, Site area is 19967.75m2. Headquarter of Air China will be the most dense office area in Beijing.

From the view at the corner of North Third Ring Road, the building reveals its simple and big massing that is changing with the movement of the view angle. Being different from the cubic and heavy buildings around, the Headquarter tower represents itself by a slim vertical line. The entry point of the building ex-presses the business image of Air China by the form of simple and big scale. The inward space creates a pleasant environment for people. Along the East Third Ring Road, the facade of the building is divided into two different characteristics so as to represent a contradiction of Air China Group.

Squared hollow sun louvers of different sizes are applied to the facades, which could not just solve the western exposure problem of the facades, but also skillfully utilize in a simplified manner the prototype of plane's side windows to embody the airline company's unique identity. The workers in the building can generate a feeling of being in the plane flying over the cloud when they look out of the window through the facade sunshades.

项目呈西北-东南方向的大对角线状,连接了两个地铁站(2号线和9到11号线)。在设计初期,在地下建设多层走廊形成高效率、高质量的人行通道。其间向行人提供商业和城市服务,同时通过引入自然光线以及可看到外部环境的仰角视线,提高行人在城市中的方位感。在走廊通道上方,还将建造一座造型纯粹有力、用料考究的高层建筑,使之成为深圳活力与号召力的象征,并体现现代城市空间的理念。

As an important area for Shenzhen City, this project is oriented to be a symbolic district for this modern city, dynamic city and three-dimensional city. Relying on concentrated subway network, this project aims to create a comprehensive transfer center, a comfortable and convenient multi-functional center in real sense.

This project displays grand opposite angle threadiness from north-west to south-east, which connects two subway stations (Subway Line 2 and Lines 9~11). During the initial design stage, multi-floor corridors are constructed underground to form high-efficient and high-quality pedestrian passageway. The space would offer commerce and city services for the pedestrians, while introducing natural light and elevation sight lines for the exterior environment, which would uplift people's sense of direction in the city. Above the corridor passageway, there would be built a high-rise building of pure and forceful format, and with exquisite materials. This project would become a symbol for Shenzhen's vitality and rallying point, while representing the concepts of modern urban space.
